If you’re not familiar with Minneapolis, the North East neighborhood is home to some of the hippest bars in the Twin Cities. Betty Danger’s Country Club is a country club for you, me, and the rest of the 99%. Let it be known, membership is not required.

Take a ride on the ferris wheel and capture a great view of the Minneapolis skyline. The ferris wheel stays open through the winter and blankets are provided. I recommend you still dress for the weather, regardless. A game of putt-putt golf will take you through the bar on the eight-and-a-half hole course.

From tacos to tater tots, the Mexican inspired menu is savory and unpretentious. The drink menu includes local craft beer, margaritas named after ivy league schools and specialty drinks drinks such as the “South Hampton” and “East Hampton.”

Kitsch decor and statement wallpaper adorn the walls inside and out. The Caddie Shack also makes for a great backdrop for impromptu photoshoots!

Check out their website to read more about this movement. The creativity and vision invested into this “Country Club” will make you a fan before you even get there.

This establishment is guaranteed fun!
